This unit provides the knowledge and skills required to effectively participate as a team member when planning, implementing and evaluating a community or work-based project.

This unit contains employability skills and these are outlined in the Leadership Accredited Course Framework

Application of the unit

The unit focuses on effective team membership and the basic application of project management skills. It includes setting project parameters, developing a project plan, administering and monitoring a project, finalising a project and reviewing a project to identify lessons learnt for application to future projects.
